Please note that all signing fees must be paid in full at the time of notarization, regardless of whether or not the

loan funds, or the client fails to appear for the signing. If re-signing is necessary due to Notary error or omission,

there will be no additional charge.

The following are acceptable forms of identification that will be required at the time of your notarization:

1. Driver's License (any U.S. State, Canadian or Mexican)
2. California Identification Card
3. Military Identification Card
4. Passport (Non-U.S. passports must be stamped by the INS)

All IDs must be current or issued within the past five years.
